Session Formats & Partner Venues

Sessions rotate across three formats so that members can train wherever they are: live-stream coaching for remote participation, hybrid meetups coordinated with local gyms, and quarterly in-person intensives at specialist facilities. Partner venues include Salford Veterans' Athletic Track, Birmingham Veterans' Performance Centre, and the National Rehabilitation Centre Obstacle Complex.

Each location is vetted for accessibility, kit availability, and travel support. When virtual, workouts are recorded for on-demand playback, and when in person, we reserve recovery zones, hydration points, and peer support debrief spaces to keep the experience inclusive.
