April Mind-Body Reset Bootcamp

Hosted by Coach James Ball (Army physiotherapist) live from Birmingham Veterans' Performance Centre.

May Outdoor Obstacle Meet

18 May 2024 · National Rehabilitation Centre Obstacle Complex, Loughborough

Directed by Capt. Nia Grant (RAF Regiment S&C coach) with peer mentors from regional veteran groups.

  • Equipment: Trail trainers, hydration pack, optional gloves
  • Spots: 80 in-person places
